Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable items

The items on this site are considered personal care goods, such as beauty products and skincare products.  Personal care goods are not eligible for returns or refunds. While all products and ingredients have clinical data to support their use, no guarantee can be made that these products will work for everyone or give everyone the results that they desire therefore no returns or refunds can be issued based on perceived effectiveness, results, satisfaction, or the like. If you have questions about which products may be best for you, please reach out to our office prior to making your purchase so we may help you in your selection. No refunds will be given on gift cards, but gift cards may be transferred to another individual.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
